Shipping Policy
Zonke Shipping Policy
Effective Date: November 2, 2026
Platform Overview: Zonke connects independent sales agents with verified wholesalers and suppliers. Zonke acts as a facilitator for commission-based sales and does not stock inventory, handle physical merchandise, or manage fulfillment directly.
1. Fulfillment and Shipping Responsibility
- Wholesaler Obligation: All physical product fulfillment, packaging, and shipping responsibilities rest solely with the respective wholesaler or supplier from whom the order is placed.
- Shipping Timelines: Processing times, dispatch windows, and carrier methods are determined by each individual wholesaler and specified on their product listings or store profile.
2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Zones
- Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the wholesaler’s warehouse location, the delivery destination, and the courier service selected.
- Geographic Coverage: Delivery availability and regional restrictions are managed directly by the supplying vendor.
3. Tracking and Dispatch Notifications
- Once a wholesaler processes and dispatches an order, tracking information (where applicable) will be provided through the platform or directly via the fulfillment courier.
4. Customer Support and Order Follow-Ups
Because Zonke operates as a multi-vendor connection platform where wholesalers manage their own stock and logistics:
- Direct Vendor Contact: For any queries regarding active shipments, tracking updates, delivery delays, or courier issues, customers and agents are advised to contact the wholesaler and Agent directly.
- Vendor Details: Complete contact information and business particulars for each supplier are permanently accessible on the website under the Vendor Information section of their respective store page.
