Product Description
DS-A4020 thermal shrink packaging machine is suitable to shrink thin shrink films such as POF, PVC, PP, POP, etc with far-infrared radiation. The thickness of shrink film should be in the range of 0.01-0.04 mm. Quartz heating pipes are located on the top, bottom and sides of the shrinking tunnel. The temperature of the shrink room and the speed of the conveyer are adjustable. And the size of shrink tunnel can be customized. Conveyor has option of chain roller and iron net conveyor for choice.

1. The lid can be open and bottom tray can be pulled out for the convenience of replacing heating pipesCompact construction, high efficiency;
2. Voltage of down heating pipes is adjustable through solid-booster, in order to control down temperature. The temperature of whole shrink tunnel is controlled through AC contactor.
