Glenpak manufactures plastic on minimum requested quantities of around 300kg for special runs.
These plastic rolls are then sold per kg/ and is calculated on the total roll weight and sizes ranging from 22kg-28kg.
These can be made in:
(tubing/lay flat/virgin/recycled) and a wide range of widths and specification.
For your conveyance we have calculated the most popular sizes for small run bottle wrapping. These are run at a average weight and length to be bought online as such. This allows you to buy a minimum needed amount without having to buy this production in bulk or confirm exact weights.
These popular sizes are stock and as such popular for the drinking bottle industry, cosmetic and food can wrapping industries.
These common sizes listed below are:
1) 450mm x 40 mic (ideal for 6 packs)
2) 500mm x 60 / 70 mic (ideal for 12-24 packs)
3) 550mm x 60 / 70 mic (ideal for 24 packs) * base boards may be recommended to stop middle drop of bottles.
Other sizes can be manufactured per your need and these are sold per minimum and kg price.
