Brodifacoum is a first generation active and is probably the best formulated rodenticide elimination active ever conceived. This active effectively breaks down the nervous system which allows the target rodent to fall into an endless sleep. The art of rodent management is not the poison but the palatability of the carrier. Di-Rat-Blue was conceived with this in mind. The Low Cumulative Poisoning method ensures that the rodent receives enough, and not an overabundance which may be passed on to secondary innocence targets.  The dark environmentally friendly blue dye will leave a temporary stain on the lips of any who attempt to accidentally consume Di-Rat-Blue. Di-Rat-Blue has a bittering ingredient in it that is not appealing. Rats are unable to taste this bittering agent. The colour blue is not regarded as a colour of interest for birds. Barley is the carrier and is a grain bait medium that we believe is what rats and mice seek out.
