CIP Cleaning – SPRAY KLENZ (25l) Alkaline (Liquid)

DIRECTIONS

CIP of Pipelines

1. Rinse with cold water until discharge is clear.
2. Wash with 0.5% solution SPRAY-KLENZ at 70°C for 30 minutes.
3. Sanitise and rinse with 0.2% cold solution (100 ml per 50 liters) PEROXAN. Do not re-circulate – flush straight through.  Do not rinse again.

Bulk Tanks

1. Rinse and re-circulate ambient water for 2 minutes – drain.
2. Wash with 0.5% solution SPRAY-KLENZ at 60° to 70°C for 15 to 20 minutes – Drain.
3. Sanitizer/Rinse with 0.2% cold solution PEROXAN. Do not rinse again.

CAUTION

Corrosive – Keep out of reach of children.

Wear suitable protective clothing.

First Aid – Avoid contact with the eyes and the skin. Wash with cool running water.                                     Eyes – continue flushing for 15 minutes.  Remove contact lenses.

If swallowed – wash mouth out thoroughly.

Drink two glasses of water followed by fruit juice or diluted vinegar.

Do not induce vomiting.

Get medical attention.
