BF2000 Production Line of Bottle Washing, Filling and Capping Machine

This production line completes bottle semi-auto washing, filling, capping, label shrink in one operation. It applies to fill plastic bottle or glass bottle with liquid like water, wine and juice and so on, whose capacity is 2000BPH (standard 500ml). Bottle volume varies from 300ml to 1500ml. This production line fits to small or medium amount productivity.The washer is semi automatic bottle-washing machine. It is widely used in beer, wine, juice, soy source, vinegar and products like that. It is especially suitable for small or medium amount productivity. Bottles need man-feed, but other jobs are done by machine automatically.

The filler can accurately fill liquid without gas, such as pure water, white spirit, wine, fruit juice and fruit syrup. It also can fill other liquid, such as vinegar, milk and pesticide. The filler works in sealed condition without pollution from outside.

The machine can automatically seal cylinder-type bottles with plastic or aluminum theft-proof capsule. With perfect performance, reliable operation, easy maintenance, it is widely used in automatic packing lines for various kinds of wine and drink.

This label shrink machine adopts infrared radiation to shrink PVC/POP film label in the middle of bottle, with Intelligent digital temperature control of shrink tunnel. Machine is able to be designed to shrink label on the top of bottle as your requirement.
